Please note:  J-1 exchange students are permitted to work a maximum of 20 hours per week on campus only.  Exchange students working as Resident Advisors (RAs) receive in-kind payment of free housing and free meal plan and are considered to be working 20 hours per week; exchange student RAs may not seek additional employment during the semester.
