Academic Credit
As you prepare to return to the US and WSU, there are steps that you can take in order to ensure that your courses are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Step 1 : Compare your Course Approval Form with the courses you have been taking to verify that they have been approved by the appropriate WSU department.
Step 2 : Ensure that a transcript from your Program Sponsor or Host University has been requested. The official transcript should be sent to the Education Abroad Office:

Pullman WA 99164-5110
Step 3 : When you return, check METRO to see if your transcript has been processed. EA 300 (the place-holder course we enroll you in while abroad) will be replaced with the courses you took abroad. Remember, at the end of each term abroad you will have an "I" grade for EA 300 until your transcript arrives and it will be governed by university policy regarding incomplete grades (after one year the "I" grade will convert to "F"). If you have questions regarding your transcript, please check the FAQ's page and if your questions aren't answered contact Terra Kendrick at tkendrick@wsu.edu. Please note that transcripts can take 1-4 months to arrive at WSU.
Step 4 : Follow through with the departments doing your DARS (Degree Audit Reporting System) exceptions to ensure that the requirements you had approved are indeed indicated as being satisfied.
