Tax Residents

If CINTAX calculated your tax status as “resident” you will need to either prepare your own tax return or seek assistance from an expert.

Professional Services:
Note: Professional tax accountants and tax preparation services provide tax-filing service according to standard fee structures. Fees can be based on an “hourly rate” or “flat fee.” It is very acceptable to ask for an estimate of what the fee will be or the basis of the charges prior to entering into an agreement, but attempts to bargain down the prices are not appreciated.

Note: Tax treaties may still apply to you even though you are deemed “resident” for tax purposes. See IRS Publications 901 (tax treaties) and 519 (U.S. Tax Guide for Aliens) or seek professional help for more information
